The system allows users to reconcile against customer invoices. It also allows payments to be done on customer accounts. The system works with GPS services to help users navigate easily when collecting debt physically.
It is also built into the cash up module that allows you to easily account for cash payments received by users. This makes the solution for perfect for distribution companies which usually allows customers to buy on credit and collect cash when they do their deliveries. You can either define a GL account for cash payments for an individual of a team of users.
